Our commitment to creating positive social change begins with conducting quality research studies whose findings lead to effective program initiatives. Our research interests are determined by the health issues that concern our target groups. Working with both experienced researchers and the community, GRAG utilizes scientific and applied research methods to not only identify the key factors which propagate poor reproductive health outcomes, but also the behaviors and practices that can change these conditions.

As a part of this initiative, GRAG:

Proposes and develops a variety of research designs and methods including prospective, experimental or quasi-experimental approaches
Establishes indicators and measures impact
Promotes an environment that fosters minority groups’ participation in programs targeting them
Documents its research processes and disseminates related findings and lessons learned
Develops a culture of research utilization within the organization and among partners
